Step 2: Contact us
Once you find a property you would like to move into, contact them by phone or through their inquiry form, confirming the name of the property, the period of use, and the number of people you would like to use. If the property you want is not available, they will introduce you to other properties.

Step 3: Apply
If the property you want is available, an application form will be sent to you by fax or email.
When we receive your application, we will fill in the necessary information, stamp it, and return it to you by fax or email along with any required documents such as identification within the deadline.
If you are renting as an individual, you will need copies of your driver's license, passport, etc. If you are renting as a corporation, you will need to submit a copy of the tenant's ID as well as a company profile.

4. Payment and Contract
If you pass the rental screening, your reservation will be confirmed. You will be sent contract documents such as a fixed-term rental agreement, which you will need to return. Fill out the necessary information, stamp it, and return it.
